So many mistakes… I didn’t line two of the fountains up correctly and didn’t realize until hours, nay days into plumbing and decorating…so.. Sent in Pip (the Pipeman) in with some tools and supplies.
Outsourcing: decided not to do the work myself.
Artists trick: make mistakes look like they are “meant to be like that.”
The sign was wrong, so I ended up re-shooting the opening, (misspelled my title.)
Also, I had no idea about the adamantine gourd thing in that witcher game
until I was looking “alembic” up again and again…
>>because even now it’s trying to autocorrect the word into ambelic.
Laugh and learn.
Exciting to experiment with the morph-cut. Loving the results!
I do hope you enjoy my little map and music video.
Lyrics: The Adamant Alembic
When the winds tore the world asunder
We went under.
Underground.
We rebuilt the ancient tower
Shaped a dome upon its crown
We caught the steam
as it rose to cloud
And brought the rain back
to the ground.
Back under ground.
Drop by drop, the pools were filled.
Seed by seed, our future builds.
Steam rises, falls as rain
All that’s lost returns again
With patient, gentle hands
We healed the soil, revived the land
We turned inward to restore
The ancient arts we held before
Inward
Toward
The healing ground
Drop by drop, the pools were filled
Seed by seed, our future builds
Steam rises, falls as rain
All that’s lost returns again
When roots break through the soil tilled
To drink from pools below we’ve filled,
When life remembered how to thrive
And we are grateful we survived,
We’ll take our seeds
Out to the world
Returning home
when we’ve healed the soil
Sowing
Growing
Returning—
Returning home.
Under
Underground
The tower stands,
The door stays open
For those who leave
And those returning
Drop by drop, the pools were filled
Seed by seed, our future builds
Steam rises, falls as rain
All that’s lost returns again
Returning home
Under
Underground
